Benefits and Eligibility Notice for MHCP/ MA Members Effective January 2026

Minnesota Health Care Programs/ Medical Assistance (MA) Chiropractic services- Effective Jan. 1, 2026: Limits coverage of chiropractic services to members under the age of 21. Also limits coverage for these individuals to one annual evaluation and 24 visits per year, unless prior authorization is given. Members have the right to an appeal for services.
